Built in 1979, 1765 W. Adams Blvd is a one-story building located in Los Angeles, CA 90018. The property features approximately 11000 sq ft warehouse and 3500 sq ft of office space on a 15000 sq ft land. This historic structure with approximately 20 ft high ceiling, carried itself with its charming original style into our modern days. Almost four decades later we got our hands on the gem, decided to keep its original charm but modernize it to suit today’s business world and reimagined it into what we call “Adams Studios.”
